None at all. This lesson is built for total beginners — most people stand up and catch a wave in their first session.
How long is it? +
Two hours: beach welcome, theory & safety briefing, warm-up, in-water coaching, and supervised free-surf time.
Is equipment included? +
Yes — surfboard, wetsuit, leash and wax. Just bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and water.
How big are the groups? +
Small. We keep a maximum of one instructor to five students so everyone gets real attention.
When and how do I pay? +

Is it safe for kids? +
